Steven R. (Steve) Creech, President

Steve began his insurance career with American General Life and Accident in 2001. As a staff manager for American General, he developed a passion for not only helping clients, but supporting a team of agents as they met the needs of their own clients. In 2008, he accepted the invitation to join The Covenant Group as the managing partner in an agency whose primary focus was senior health products in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area. He broadened the scope of the agency to include life insurance coverage, and in 2013 he became sole proprietor of The Covenant Group. The Covenant Group team of some of the industry’s top producers has grown under Steve’s training, leadership, and support, and now serves clients in Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida.
In Steve’s personal time, he enjoys spending time on the Coosawattee River and serving on a community board of directors there, and is an avid gardener.
Jada W. Creech,

Having spent nearly 30 years in the medical field as a nurse and administrator, Jada brought that knowledge to The Covenant Group in 2011 as she joined her husband, Steve, as a life and health insurance agent.
In 2013 she assumed operational responsibilities in The Covenant Group office, providing training and support to the agents in the field.
In her free time, Jada enjoys traveling, cultivating a wide range of house plants, gardening, and reading.
James R. (Rob) Covington,

Following the footsteps of his dad and his uncle, Rob joined American General Life and Accident in 1986 as a life insurance agent. After a successful tenure as an agent, a staff manager, a general manager, and a field training supervisor at AGLA, Rob went out on his own as an independent insurance agent in 2001. He joined The Covenant Group in 2010, primarily serving the Hamilton County and North Georgia communities. Rob also supports a team of agents within The Covenant Group.
Rob is a sports enthusiast, has devoted countless hours to local high school athletic programs and is Ringgold Rob on the local television program “Stump on Sports.”

A 20+ year veteran of the insurance business, George had worked in property and casualty, as well as mortgage protection insurance earlier in his career. For more than ten years, he has assisted individuals with their final expense life insurance coverage. He joined The Covenant Group in 2011, initially working in Eastern Tennessee and continues to service his clients in Tennessee.
Loving the beach and the people of the Florida, George began working in Florida in 2013, and continues to bring a wealth of knowledge and excellence in customer service to his life insurance clients in the Florida panhandle.
